1. While making a payment, there is an instruction to disable "Pop-Up Blockers". How to do that?
There is many ways can be use to disable the "Pop-up Blocker" and it depend on type of browser that be used. Please follow the step-by-step instruction base on type of browser :-Mozilla Firefox
a. For Mozilla Firefox users, go to your browser menu as shown in the figure below.
Tools >> Options
b. Windows "Options" will be appear in screen as shown in the below figure. Then, remove the tick in check box "Block pop-up windows" as marked in circle (1) below. Click button "Ok" shown in circle (2). For alternative method please go to step (c) .
Alternative Method
c. As alternative from step in (b), this method is more suitable so the "Pop-up blockers" still funtioning while browsing others website. Click button "Exceptions..." as shown in circle at below figure.
d. Windows "Allowed Sites - Popups" as shown in below figure will appear in screen. Then, fill in the website address in field "Address of web site:" as highlighted in (1) to allow pop-up in this website e.g www.maybank2u.com.my. Click button "Allow" as shown in cirlce (2) to submit those web address. By using BookCafe Online Payment System, please add two more website address that allowed pop-up as shown in box (3) which are "www.mepsfpx.com.my" and "www.mobile88.com". Then, click button "Close" in circle (4).
e. Click button "Ok" to close windows "Options".
